ETC Tower - Perth Amboy, NJ

Originally constructed in 1927, ETC Tower stands as a historical masterpiece in the heart of Perth Amboy's Five Corners district, a landmark frequently called the Five Corners Building or Amboy Tower. When ETC Construction Group began its renovation, nearly 70% of the building was vacant, with its upper five floors completely gutted and in need of extensive transformation. Our team successfully revitalized these upper stories into 55+ residential apartments, blending modern finishes with the character and allure of its past. The middle floors accommodate flexible office space, while the ground level offers approximately 7,000 square feet of retail, adding new energy to the neighborhood. This complex and delicate renovation challenged us to balance structural integrity with historical authenticity, a challenge we are proud to have met.

Completed in 2020, 475 Smith stands as a testament to ETC Construction Group's expertise in delivering sophisticated, ground-up, mixed-use developments. This 3-story project offers 26 two-bedroom luxury residences, each finished to a high standard of quality and design. At street level, over 15,000 square feet of retail space brings additional energy and opportunity to the neighborhood, while convenient ground-floor parking provides ease of access for both tenants and shoppers. 475 Smith exemplifies our ability to blend residential appeal with commercial functionality, creating a space that resonates within its community.

Claret Community Center - Perth Amboy, NJ

The Claret Community Center stands as a shining example of ETC Construction Group's commitment to community service and civic engagement. When Our Lady of Fatima Church faced delays and obstacles in completing its community center, ETC stepped in, donating both time and expertise to bring the project back on track. Our team successfully finished the center ahead of schedule and within budget, delivering a space designed to foster connection and support for both the church's parishioners and the community at large. The Claret Community Center includes versatile gathering spaces, conference rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and administrative offices, all serving as a base for programs that make a measurable, positive impact on Perth Amboy.

Raritan Building - Perth Amboy, NJ

The Raritan Building, located on Smith Street, was transformed by ETC Construction Group into a mixed-use development that revitalizes the heart of downtown Perth Amboy. This 4-story renovation converted the property into 40 modern residential apartments complemented by 12,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, bringing new opportunities for housing and commerce to the area.
